    Working with Influencers in 2022

    The influencer market grew 42%, from $9.7 billion in 2020 to $13.8 billion in 2021. It’s projected to reach a $15 billion market by the end of 2022. Needless to say, it’s not going anywhere anytime soon. Below we will discuss how we’ve partnered with influencers to help our clients reach their target audience, increase their following, and gain new lifestyle content for their brand.

    We recently launched a multi-platform digital program we call Olive. The goal of this campaign is to educate consumers on all the recipes they can easily make with foods from the grocer’s deli and, in turn, boost category sales. We are specifically targeting Philadelphia, therefore, partnering with influencers in the area that aligned with Olive’s brand was a perfect addition to the program.

    Influencers are a unique piece of a digital program, and we have the expertise in partnering with them. However, partnering with influencers can look different for each client depending on their overall goal and budget. For this campaign, we chose two women that aligned with the Olive brand and both of which helped us reach a combined target audience of approximate 36k.

    For this program in particularly, we thought it was essential to fly to Philly so that Olive and the influencers could shoot together. They did one day in a kitchen setting shooting both still images and videos of them making some of Olive’s easy recipes. The second day, they went around the city and shot content at some of Philly’s well-known landmarks in hopes to better connect Olive with the city. The content we captured will be used both on Olive’s social media as well as on the influencer’s platforms.

    Since teaming up with the influencers, our clients have expanded their reach by 60.3%. They have gained 509 followers on Instagram in less than 2 months, and we now have a ton of lifestyle imagery we added to our content library to use throughout our 8-month campaign.
