    The Importance of Personalized Content

    By Catalyst | Uncategorized | Comments are Closed | 14 November, 2022 | 0

Everyone loves a personal touch – to feel like a brand took extra time to curate something just for them. According to Forbes, 91% of consumers are more likely to shop with brands with content that they find personally interesting and relevant to their needs, which explains why personalized content in marketing has remained such a hot topic.

Today, personalization is more important than ever as consumers have access to content from multiple channels. The key benefits of personalized content for your consumers includes improving customer experience, increasing brand loyalty, and driving revenue. A great example of how to personalize content comes from our clients at Café Rumba as they have a wide variety of recipes that cater to many different palates. From fruity milkshakes to a simple hot chocolate or a holiday inspired drink, they’ve created tasty options for everyone!

We partnered with Café Rumba to help capture stunning photography of each drink to help inspire customers to create these recipes at home. By creating a variety of recipe options, consumers can easily find drink options based on ingredients that they enjoy. In the end, your shoppers will feel like the recipe is personalized for them since there are many options to choose from and are more likely to revisit the Café Rumba website again in the future.

Going a step further, we also helped Café Rumba design printed recipe cards that could be handed out at any in-person events so that shoppers could make their favorite drinks at home. Although lots of marketing materials have gone digital, there are still many benefits to interacting face-to-face with consumers and handing them a tangible marketing material. With a recipe card that they could take home, it helps your brand stay top of mind with potential consumers and helps them to remember you beyond the event. Recently, we also added a QR code to the various handouts to easily connect shoppers to the brand’s social media accounts and to the recipe page for additional inspiration or other ways to use their products at home.
