    The Pros of External Agencies

    Why hire an agency?

It seems there are certain prospective clients who don’t understand or know the value an ad agency brings to a company. Many think it may be cheaper, faster, and make more sense to hire for these skills internally.

There are pros and cons to everything and a list is in order when figuring out what process works best for your company. Let’s break down the pros to having an agency in your corner.

External agencies deliver. They deliver projects efficiently and are used to a fast turnaround. You’re their client and at the end of the day you come first.

Agencies have a full team of support to help you. A lot of times when hiring an internal digital team it consists of only a few people, who usually are stretched too thin to complete all the necessary work. An external agency team is usually fully equipped with graphic designers, videographers, digital strategists, and analysts. They have your work covered no matter what direction it goes.

Agencies can bring a fresh perspective to your brand. Sometimes it’s great to get a view or idea from someone outside the brand or company. Many times internal teams get too wrapped up in the brand and block their creative thoughts from developing that next, big idea.

At the end of the day it is all about the bottom line. Agencies save companies money as opposed to paying the hefty salaries of a full in-house digital team; companies pay agencies a monthly budget that is usually much more manageable.
