    Artificial intelligence: The future of digital marketing

    blog-2018-06-01Since the beginning of 2018, it seems that the concept of artificial intelligence (AI) is being brought up more and more. As of late, AI has become tremendously popular in the area of digital marketing. Using this type of technology has allowed businesses to grow and succeed, due to its ability to improve the user experience online.

    Businesses all over the country are already on the AI train, utilizing the technology in order to enhance user interface with the customer online. AI can be used to tailor a user’s online experience by using emails as well as content that has been strategically formatted for each individual. This type of one-to-one personalized marketing strategy has shown increased open rates as well as click throughs in emails. Implementing AI technology to communicate with customers has proven to be an effective way to increase user activity and achieve the goals of the business.

    The success of AI in marketing was studied in a recent survey by the Adobe Digital report. This study surveyed 13,000 marketing, creative and technology professionals and found that companies and organizations that utilize AI technology are 50% more likely to exceed their company’s business goals. By the end of 2018, it is predicted that 46% of brands will be implementing the technology. With stats like this, it comes as no surprise that companies are trying to get a competitive edge with AI.

    As 2018 continues, we can expect to see these trends in Artificial Intelligence continue, especially in the realm of digital marketing. With more companies implementing this technology every year, it is likely that AI truly is the future of digital marketing.
