    Pinterest. Your go-to source for recipes, outfit inspiration, wedding planning, home décor ideas, etc. With over 150 million monthly active users, Pinterest’s audience is pretty dang big and with advertising features continuing to grow, marketers are finding more and more reasons to be on the platform.

     

    Advertisers on the platform are well-versed in their Promoted Pin campaign options and now some are even dabbling in API integration to connect their data with Pinterest to produce a customized Pinner experience.

     

    Here at Catalyst, we have seen tremendous success with Promoted Pin campaigns for clients. Our most recent campaign’s results are helping set the benchmark for prepared foods recipes and retailers.

     

    The results are BIG. The campaign had over 1.4 million impressions, up to a 1.5% CTR, and CPC as low as $0.17.

     

    This campaign was built using Pinterest’s new feature, One-tap Pins. This style takes you straight to the site with one click and eliminates the middle step of making the pin larger, in turn getting more users to your site quickly and effectively. This style is especially successful for brands looking to have users purchase an item from their campaign.
